José María Aznar concedió en 2001 un indulto a Daniel Baúlo Carballo, condenado a 12 años de cárcel por narcotráfico. Del clan de “Os Caneos”, de la zona de O Salnés. Calificado por las fuerzas de seguridad como el mayor narcotraficante español, Baúlo Carballo no era un mero peón en el ajedrez del crimen, sino un auténtico rey. El indulto fue dado a condición de que no volviese a cometer delito doloso durante el tiempo de cumplimiento de la condena. Lo cual incumplió, obviamente. Volvió a lo suyo, el narcotráfico. Y años después, aparece Mariano Rajoy en el barco del hermano del narcotraficante durante una campaña electoral. Pero oiga! En el PP luchan muy fuerte contra el narcotráfico! No hay más que verlos.

What's more, if Xi were to compare Trump and Biden, he would invariably have to conclude that the latter was a far stronger leader. Trump has devastated and hobbled America by slashing our scientific and medical research, crushing the work class, undermining our military alliances with Europe, and starting a war with Iran that — despite what he wants us to believe — he's losing. Above all else, Trump is a gift to America's adversaries. To put this in even simpler terms, China is building high-speed rails and glittering cities of neon and glass.
