@BarredTrader Yes me as well and almost every successful trader I know has gone through this transition. I was doing 7 or 8 per day when I was a losing beginner and now down to 1 or 2. I know many professionals who trade far less than me though.

Yesterday was an extremely rare Red Day 7 of the last 8 for #ES_F. 4154 was support with 4190 res as posted, and we spiked to 4190 and rejected. 4154-4190=new basing range.
Plan today: 4163, 4154=supports. Keeps 4190, dip 4205+ in play for a rare green day. 4154 fails, 4126 next

Mini short squeeze for #ES_F. 4154 was major support as posted and after basing for 2 hours, defended and rallied to 4171 first up. I wrote 4171 was squeeze trigger to 4190, and almost there. Don't get greedy with longs, lock in partials 4190, 4205 next up. 4153 remains support

$SPX - Breakdown by sector:
✅Tomorrow is do or die day for #SP500, there is a bullish divergence on the daily chart while $TNX suggests a top formation.
⚠️Price has tested the 200MA zone for 3 days in a row, the setup is mostly bullish, but weak.
ℹ️Both charts were posted.
⚠️All the sectors are in red for the last month, last time I posted this table I mentioned Energy looked like forming a top, that was the case indeed.
ℹ️Almost 1 year after the bottom of October 2022, still 4 sectors are in red and oversold, while one is in neutral. That's part of the deterioration I mentioned during the weekend.

$SPX Seasonality continues to track with high precision: July most bullish month of the year; check. Early August 1st peak then consolidation month; check. 1st half of Sept rally; check. Back half of Sept melt-down; ongoing. IF continues, the major seasonal low is early October

Last week, my target in #ES_F was 4565 which was resistance of a multi-month triangle. We hit and sold, as we head into the most bearish week of the year.
Plan today: 4496=key. Bulls must reclaim to see relief leg to 4511+. If it can't reclaim quick (within hr), 4478, 4465 next

Nonstop sell continues in #ES_F now down 65 points off this weeks target/sell zone @ 4565. As posted, bears control. No relief bounces until a resistance clears If short though, some caution warranted now-tighten stops. Bulls want to reclaim 4506. Otherwise, 4496, 4483 next down

Technical analysis 101: As posted below, on Friday, #ES_F backtested a 3 week ascending triangle at 4493. I was looking for a bounce, and we tested 4493 exact &bounced to my ~4524 1st target

As posted June 19th, the 1.5 weeks following is weak before late June strength & it tracked perfectly. IF seasonals keep up, July is 2nd strongest month for $SPX, 75% green. Even more so over last 10 years, where it has been 90% green (including +8.8% last year in a bear market)

After tracking precisely until Mid-April (Feb high tracked, March low tracked) $SPX seasonality diverged, rallying even in seasonal bearish phases like June. Classic sign of strength. Next 1.5 weeks remain weak, then July is 2nd strongest month of the year, green 75% of the time
