Sometimes growth looks like simply showing up, doing the work well, and letting consistency speak for itself. I’m entering this new space focused on doing what I was asked to do and demonstrating excellence in my profession.

I’m in a season of reflection right now, in particular, thinking about where I’ve been and where I’m headed. What I’m realizing is that growth doesn’t always look like a straight path. Sometimes it looks like pausing, reassessing, and choosing alignment over urgency.
