@LindaJackson@PeugeotUK I have been without a car for 2 months and no one cares to the disruption this has caused me not to mention a H&S risk to life. Not one apology or acceptance that it could have been dealt with differently. Seems to me customer service is non existent.
@LindaJackson@PeugeotUK To follow up, Peugeot had my car for 57 days. Not one phone call, email, text, anything to advise how long it would take or how long I would be affected. I made countless calls & complaints via Customer Care to try and find out with no help or support.
I had to adjust my life, be in limbo without a car for work or personal life and today I have been told that the car is now fixed so case closed. No apology, no acceptance that it could have been handled better. Nothing. Very sad to say customer service seems to be non existent.

Wow, @EvansCycles I have just received possibly the worst customer service ever. Your webchat enables people to hide beyond a scripted dialogue and then cut off the conversation without providing any support or service, not once but twice! Will not order from you again.
