Mandatory service as a right of passage makes for incredibly patriotic citizens in Israel.
What would my fellow Americans think about required military OR some kind of “peace” service (like Civil Conservation Corps) for our nation’s youth? Genuine question with no bias.

This is Officer Mali. On 10/7 she & her team fought terrorists for hours from the roof of the Sderot police station. When Hamas threw a grenade, she threw it back - killing two. When the officers ran low on ammo, they took it off the dead terrorists. Fellow officers were killed around her & she was shot in the hand but kept fighting. “Tell my son I love him”, she said on the radio. When Hamas made it to the roof, she survived by playing dead among the bodies of her friends.

@libsoftiktok @SMUHSD The left views everything through the lens of oppression. You’re either oppressed or the oppressor. Anyone that is successful must be so because they are oppressing others. This kind of thinking is part of the indoctrination in our government schools and only fuels hatred.
