Misleading information given by @sargamin just to sell the product. Samsung denied to agree on what i was told. No repair or replacement possible. Microwave is full of rust, as per Sargam it was covered with 10yr warrenty. #cheating @jagograhakjago

Samsung informed me that i was misled by wrong information from @sargamin while purchasing the Microwave. I was told ceramic comes with 10yr warranty, if something happens it would be repaired or replaced. Samsung says thats not true.@jagograhakjago

Purchased a microwave in 2018, i was told it has 10 years of warranty for inner body(ceramic) now when the ceramic got rusted they simply denied to take any responsibility. Samsung says reach out your buyer @sargamin @SamsungIndia @Samsung @SamsungSupport
