@ArtemKRSV I would like to add that I believe Friston's ideas are much more general than a theory about how the brain works. The Free Energy Principle might be at the core of the existence of complex adaptive systems.

Every interaction with reviewers is open (see link with paper). It is a true back-and-forth conversation with the intention of improving the submission. Why are we still doing these incredibly long review processes where the paper isn't touched 99.9% of the time? #JOSSrocks (n/n)

One little note about @JOSS_TheOJ: this has been the most pleasing peer-review experience of my career so far. The transparency and openness of the entire process make me feel that every other journal is underutilizing modern technologies for the review process. (6/n)
