During two eventful days on the shores of the azure lake Issyk-Kul, we had the opportunity to discuss the prospects for the development of digital assets in our country with one of the most influential figures in the crypto industry — the founder of the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, Binance, Changpeng Zhao.
