So Legends Holdings (a CHINESE) company owns most of @Lenovo @LenovoSupport I wonder what stock holders would think of the cheap phone labor they hire and refusal to refund money. They pay them so little money to take all of these calls from irate customers.

They make their customer support take the brunt of these complaints without resolving them or without an escalated call to return the money. So please look into this company...

@FTC can't you do something about @Lenovo they are keeping customers money for extended periods of time. Thousand and thousands of complaints thru bbb.org and various online forums (including their website forums), why must so many people suffer from them?
