@EastMidRailway Currently sitting outside Nottingham, undoubtedly waiting for a platform, but why do your staff struggle so much just to make a simple announcement when there’s a delay?

@VodafoneUK Had data issues for the last few days in NG9 6. Connected to network, and supposedly 4G but either very slow or no data at all. Are there any issues?

@broxtowebc Bin calendars have expired, you say use the website, the website is only showing upcoming dates for brown bins.

@EastMidRailway Really useful loading the reservations just as the train is departing St Pancras and everyone has resigned themselves to the fact that their reservation is meaningless. May as well not bother if you can’t have them displayed as the train starts boarding.

@RoyalMailHelp ZL 9878 8809 6GB - the recipient is telling me that the tracking info saying when it was delivered means it just arrived at the sorting office and not the time it came into their possession, which I don't believe to be true and is what I want to check.

@RoyalMailHelp If a business collects mail from the sorting office instead of having it delivered, and I've sent something using Tracked 24 Returns - at what point is the item marked as "delivered" on the tracking, when it reaches the sorting office, or when they pick it up? thx
