@scottbelsky @jessicahische I think the license has to say what you *won't* do: train AI without consent, appropriate for your own commercial use, share with others except in ways specified by the user, etc.

for any cloud service (ability to open a file on the web app, index for search, other features “solely for the purpose of operating and improving”), I am told the legal team does need a license from the user to access, display it (when you choose to share for review), etc. is there any modern software that can manage and perform such features without having the license to do so? “solely for the purpose” is also in there, but I would love to propose a better / less scary way to frame stuff like this.

I've enjoyed TD Bank's branches and tolerable fees. TIL that TD cannot export 2023 transactions to CSV or Excel! Support told me I should DL PDF's and re-enter each transaction manually for taxes. 😂 Closing my accounts - Any reccs for a bank with branches in NJ area and export?

@TDBank_US Has anybody at your company done taxes? It is incredibly unhelpful that there is no way to export my transactions from 2023, or see all of the paid checks or other transactions in one place. The web site only goes back 90 days?!
