The morning after the night before. What a day. The best day. Wembley was special 12 months ago. But to achieve what we did yesterday, in our home, will take some beating. The City Ground is special. And to watch it all unfold alongside my dad all season, dreamworld. #NFFC

The morning after the night before. What a day. The best day. Somehow the play off defeats, the League One days, the years of mis-management; it all seems worth it now. And to watch it all unfold alongside my Dad. Dreamworld. We are Premier League.

@ImCryptoNutsack Blimey, that escalated quickly 😂🤭 I’m just talking about a post-match comment, from a game of football. Emery only raised it after the result, I can question whether it’s PR spin—managers do it all the time. I'd suggest you might need some time away given your reaction.

@mredford17 But he didn’t. That’s the point. He didn’t watch it. He said he watched it at the end of the game. And to say it snot a bad one makes you disingenuous prick.

@ImCryptoNutsack He'll have had the chance to have watched it on the tv on his bench at the time. Still no reaction then? Players know when it's a bad one. They'd be up in arms. Nobody was. Looks worse on the slo-mo but it's excellent PR work from Emery for me.

@mredford17 He. Watched. It. Back. Our players are too nice they never surround the ref for anything.

Fascinating article, if not utterly deflating. And a problem that appears all too common. Is it too naive to say 'appoint people who are good at their jobs and leave them to it'? Probably. But I'd imagine we'd be having a much better season now if that had been allowed. #NFFC

On the Edu calamity at Forest. From alienating Nuno to £200m on players who can’t get in the team. It’s hard to see how it could have gone much worse. #NFFC nytimes.com/athletic/70987…

Magnificent performance from Forest in such an intimidating atmosphere. Confident, organised and clinical. The very least travelling fans deserve. Now go and do it in the Premier League.

Oh, this is all so grim. From top to bottom. The absolute lesson in how to self-destruct. Toxicity reigns, relegation looms and we deserve every bit of it. #NFFC

As reported very early this morning, Vitor Pereira is the leading candidate to take over at #NFFC But how did it unravel for Sean Dyche, who arrived with a historic connection with the club and left with questions over a disconnect with his players? nytimes.com/athletic/70406…

Exactly this. I'm as worried as every #NFFC fan, but the form of West Ham and Leeds has really magnified every defeat. In previous years, the bottom 3 have fell away. Not this time. If they had, #NFFC would have pulled away and this brewing negativity wouldn't be prevalent.
Paul Severn@paulsevern7

A lot of the narrative around #nffc is driven by firstly the woeful start under Ange and recently anxiety created by other results. If WH had imploded, pressure on Dyche would be significantly less and there'd be more reasoned and balanced analysis + a less pressure on players.
