@Kelly_K_9 I’d be comfortable taking him at 20 but I would hope they can trade back pick up a few picks and grab him like they did with Frederick. It’s not like you need a ton of return just get a 2nd or another top 100 pick.

To anyone who thinks the #Broncos got fleeced:
They didn't.
They basically used their first-round pick on Jaylen Waddle.
And there isn't a single WR — or maybe even player in general — they could've taken at No. 30 that would've been better than Waddle.
This is a fair deal.

Also if the Cowboys and Steelers want they can make Pickens and Pittmans cap numbers that low. You spread bonuses out five years and add voids.

@mrerbe @KelbermanNFL @FoneeNaime Pickens is better but had concerns off the field. Broncos also getting a 4th back, and their 3rd round pick was 30th. So it’s a 1st and moving back like 15 spots from their 3rd and a 4.
And acting like a $20m difference in cap is nothing is hilarious, that’s another starter +

@lamelo_call @KelbermanNFL @FoneeNaime Pickens trade is 10x better than Waddles. Pittman is a veteran WR with similar stats over the last five years. You aren’t going from a 6th and an extension to giving a 1st, 3rd and 4th because he’s signed. Broncos overpaid for a number 2 WR.

Pittman also just got extended and is a 24mil cap hit, waddle is like 5m against the cap.
These things effect trade value 🤯

So what’s the plan in Miami? Every decision seems to be around tanking but then signing Willis would indicate trying to win. I just think you’re either all in on the tank or try to win. Being in the middle never makes much sense to me.

Waddles not bad he’s just not someone you say let’s go trade a first and more. Especially when Dallas got Pickens for a 3rd and the Colts only got a 6th for Pittman.
