@OfficialSBICare @RBI @AssamCid @DelhiHighCourt @himantabiswa My SBI A/C:31793382916 was frozen on July 6th due to suspicious transactions. I have never engaged in any mule transactions, and the bank staff provided no guidance on how to resolve this during my visit today for KYC

@OfficialSBICare Today I again visited bank and got to know the account freeze at present is due to 11/11/2025. Kindly look into this and help to resolve. I am left with no cash to survive except in my bank account.

@OfficialSBICare I didn't receive ay such call and visited branch to update KYC and also told that I a unable to do UPI transations as well. I am just left with 50 Rs. cash and SBI as my only primary bank. Don't know how I a gonna survive.

Please note that our UPI team/unauthorised monitoring team calls the customers to confirm the genuineness of transactions performed if they are not in line with the customer profile or of unusual nature. In case the same is not confirmed by the customer the UPI ID gets blocked due to security reasons. In case Your UPI ID is blocked, you need to contact your branch for assistance.

I asked for the cyber crime details who processed the block but didn't receive any ecept this.I am left without any funds for survival; what are the immediate steps I must take to lift this freeze?

@OfficialSBICare Yes I understand but It have been more than 3-4 months and no response yet. Moreover just yesterday bank blocked my Phonepe upi account due to suspicious activity. Actually I invested in a platform that used to give good returns and did no other transactions during this period.

@sliceit_ Is sliceit above RBI or follow it's guidrlines? My loan is linked with ph no 7002312892. How dare your executives take access to my contacts and harass them. I have taken this matter seriously. I didn't authorise it. I will file an FIR and also a defamation case.
