@Headteacherchat I left teaching 18 months ago. I have recently written and delivered an introduction to coaching course across all middle leaders (400). It’s 4 hours, based on mindset, skills and the grow model. It’s had great feedback. Happy to share more info.

@Headteacherchat I have in 2 schools and it looked very different in each - your context and needs should drive how to implement and what it looks like. Coaching builds trust but also needs trust to get going so first steps are important.
