Don't be an ethnicist/#racist with ethnicism/#racism. A race is a competition first and NOT a major subdivision of mankind. That #slang term of #race should be in the #urban #dictionary. A race is a race is a race is a #word. #StopTheHate #BeTheBridge #EraseTheHate #changemakers

Why ask about our ethnicity? A people in a community represent that neighborhood. Why should we divide ourselves from within our own people as human, other than for hereditary medical reasons? That question is the main reason we get divided and then are subject to systemic bias.

If our ethnicity is not privileged information only to be known by you and your medical professional, it should be. We can stop systemic bias by not divulging information to people who have no right to know your personal roots, culture and heritage, unless it saves your life.

Atonement and accountability are great purveyors of authentic unity.
