This rot is deep and no one seems to give a single flying fuck!
INVEST UP@_InvestUP

As per standard protocols laid by State Government, the MoU signed with Puch AI on 23 Mar 2026 was reviewed. Necessary details as per SOP were sought from the investor, but they failed to provide them timely. Due diligence showed lack of net worth and credible financial linkages for the project's scale. On directions of the State Government, the MoU is cancelled effective today. No rights or obligations remain. The MoU has been cancelled in the interest of transparency and highest level of probity in governance, which are in the core of Government of Uttar Pradesh. #UttarPradesh #InvestUP #Governance #Transparency #EaseOfDoingBusiness #PolicyDriven #Accountability #GoodGovernance #InvestorConfidence #MakeInIndia @UPGovt

Who the fuck has power to dictate to parliament? Parliament is supreme without the word in it, and Supreme Court is not, with the word in it. It must not assume that role which the constitution doesn’t provide. Transgenders are biologically identifiable, and not ‘self-identifiable’.

@anupamachopra @CriticsChoiceIn Your reviews were far from reality. In professional life, there is no tolerance for mistakes. Here, you were enjoying negligence and prejudice towards your work. That’s the result.

It’s a rather dramatic time to be a film critic. There are moments when you wonder why you do what you do but an evening like this makes it all worth it - the Critics Choice Awards (@CriticsChoiceIn) were just so lovely. Filled with warmth and appreciation and applause for storytelling from across the country. Thank you @wpp_motion for your support. This one was truly special! @theFCGofficial

@JaipurDialogues No, rather he should try a normal movie to come out of the settings. Nothing wrong in making a light hearted comedy or rather very simple movie like how various skilled people go through their daily routine. Simple one.

“I haven’t watched the film but I have heard only praises” Old guard of Bollywood has completely avoided to engage with the new standard of cinema. Pure politically correct statement to stay relevant. We knew it

🤐 Rekha Gupta might have been shocked by the question. A govt school girl asked, if the pink card allows one ride per hour & she needs change three buses, should she wait three hours? Education brings knowledge, and knowledge builds confidence. 👏

If Earth moves just 1% towards sun, our oceans will evaporate. 1% away, land would freeze. If Jupiter stopped eating comets and meteors, we get hit 1000 times more. If moon wasn't there, no stable seasons. If tectonic plates not there, no stable climate. We are SO lucky!

If gossips are to be believed… 👀 #AamirKhan was initially offered the role of Ajay Sanyal in #Dhurandhar — a role that was later played by R. Madhavan. However, Aamir reportedly turned it down as he didn’t find the role appropriate for him. Interestingly, he was open to doing a biopic on Ajit Doval. Later, after learning about the powerful Rehman Dakait character, Aamir approached casting director Mukesh Chhabra, expressing interest in taking up the role. But there was a condition — he wanted the political tone toned down and the character to be more balanced. Director Aditya Dhar reportedly refused to make those changes… and the rest is history. What if Aamir had played Rehman Dakait? 🤔 @CastingChhabra is this true? This was posted on Subs on Reddit?

Your employer deducts Professional Tax every month. It is not going to your profession. It is going to the state government. In Karnataka and most other states it is Rs 200 per month. Rs 2400 per year. I have been paying this for years. Can anybody tell me what it is actually used for?

A final-year law student, Rishi Kumar from Tamil Nadu National Law University, refuses to delete his blog criticising the Supreme Court… despite pressure from his own university. Why? Because the administration allegedly received calls from advocates, judges, and others claiming the post harms the institution’s “reputation.” The blog titled “The Supreme Court of India Has No Spine” questioned the court’s decision to ban an NCERT textbook chapter on judicial corruption. But here’s the real issue: A law student is being told to silence himself… for expressing a legal opinion. His response? Clear and powerful: “My opinions are mine… you do not own my voice or my conscience.” He even said he’s ready to face disciplinary action rather than back down. This isn’t just about one blog. This is about academic freedom vs institutional pressure. If law students… the future of the judiciary are discouraged from questioning the system, then who exactly is allowed to question it? Criticism of institutions ≠ disrespect. Silencing criticism = weakening democracy.

Why is it the court’s problem @sardesairajdeep? If the logic is that conversion to Christianity and Islam is solely to escape ‘caste prejudice’, and the ‘caste prejudice’ doesn’t go even after conversion, it is the problem of the converted ex-Dalits. THEY need a reality check. Courts are only interpreting the law as it was meant by the constitution founders. If Ambedkar felt converting to Christianity or Islam would have ended caste prejudice, don’t you think he would have done so?
Rajdeep Sardesai@sardesairajdeep

Big story: No person who professes a religion other than Hinduism, Sikhism or Buddhism shall be a member of Scheduled caste. Conversion to any other religion results in loss of Scheduled caste status : Supreme Court. Basically, Dalit Christians can’t take advantage of SC protection. Qs is: does religion change end caste discrimination? Courts may need a reality check!

I was one of those three. We didn't know anything about your business. That was considered a feature. "Fresh eyes." We spent eight weeks learning what you already knew, reformatted it in Helvetica, and called it a strategic roadmap. The partner took your CEO to dinner. I ate Sweetgreen alone in the hotel. We both billed the same rate.
