@misskaitiesmith Yes!! It’s painful the first few times you do it, but now I love pointing out when I make a mistake! I tell kiddos I’m human too and I just learned from a mistake! Gotta be vulnerable.

A2: Assessment is a wonderful way to instill grit and perseverance in our Ss. They might not fully grasp the standard YET, but they will - we're going to reteach, pull for small group intervention, and reassess. & if we're doing our jobs as Ts, then they'll get it! #nisdedchat
