The Ojude Oba Festival, a vibrant celebration of colors, culture, and charisma, showcases the beauty of tradition intertwined with fashion and style, fostering unity among its people. Comparable to the Calabar Carnival in the South and the Durbar in the North,

I have noticed that many people are tagging me in posts about a scholar who placed a bounty on a pastor who publicly insulted our master, our revered Prophet (SAW). I understand that addressing such a sensitive issue without proper context and thoughtful explanation is inadequate. In the meantime, let me be very clear that both actions are wrong. The pastor should not have insulted our Prophet (SAW), while fully aware of the deep reverence Muslims have for him and how strongly they hold his honor. At the same time, the scholar was also wrong to take matters into his own hands, the appropriate course of action would have been to report the matter to the authorities and allow the law to take its course.

@ArsenalChizzy This is assuming the line up has been leaked, but if not, I’m certain same arsenal fans will come up with lots of propaganda if he starts and something goes south and all that

I don’t understand this sudden push to drop Kepa Arrizabalaga for David Raya in the Carabao final. If Kepa was good enough to take us through the early rounds, he’s good enough to finish the job. You don’t just bring in David Raya at the final because it’s a “big game”. It’s unfair to drop Kepa just like that. Let players complete what they started.

Honestly, it just feels wrong to drop Kepa for the Carabao Cup Final against Man City. He’s the one who got us here. He carried the cup run, made the saves when it mattered, and kept us alive. I get the argument for Raya’s consistency, chemistry, and what he brings to the league games, but it still doesn’t feel fair. Benching the keeper who earned the final could be a huge confidence hit, while starting him could lift the whole squad. There’s a risk either way, but sometimes football is more than tactics. It’s emotional. It’s about rewarding the people who delivered when called upon. And for me, that’s Kepa.

Although AFCON rules state walking off or refusing to play for a prolonged period is grounds for elimination, the decision to strip Senegal of the AFCON title two months after their trophy lift is a bad look for CAF. It should be within the power of the officials in real time to disqualify a team, but it's a hollow victory for Morocco to appeal and win in this manner, weeks after the trophy lift. Morocco accepted Senegal's return from their 10-minute walk off, gladly resumed play and took their penalty. Missing it, losing the game, then appealing to gain the trophy doesn't sit right, even if by the letter of the law there are grounds to do so.
