@mrsgambit That's where Georgia had hers done; think my friend is gutted to have gone with @claires who appear to be customer focused but aren't. Such bad quality. They had multiple faulty earrings that they tried to offer to my friend. Not even a set 🙈

@claires appalling service at Bridgend outlet store. Rude staff member said earring wasn't faulty even though only been in daughters friends ear for 12hrs since they pierced them & diamond has fallen out!!! Surely that's a faulty item & should be refund #refundneeded

The member of staff has lost the faulty diamond in the store. Only offer is for a replacement earring, meanwhile child is go to have to wear them missing a diamond for 3 weeks!
