@austinenergy Except that I’m watching other areas get power restored who went out long after us. 3,111 people without power for 68 hours. It’s unreal. Plus we were out 8 hours last Thursday and another 8 hours on the Jan snow day. Get. It. Together. Babies are freezing.

RESTORATION UPDATE AT 12:30 p.m.: We continue to restore power to more people as the situation improves. ⚡Currently ~55,000 customers without power ⚡We continue to prioritize the customers who have been out the longest as well as the largest cluster of outages. (1/4)
