@TUIUK Apparently your ‘minor change’ means it’s acceptable to expect my young child to go back to school with only a few hours sleep? Certainly not in line with your ‘Live Happy’ tag line? Yet another company fuelled only by money and not the wellbeing of your customers!

@TUIUK Have the cheek to change our outbound and inbound flights to Rhodes in April 2026 to absolute ungodly hours with a 6 year old and expect us to just shut up and put up?! No new flights to offer, no refund, and insist the changes are ‘minor’ yet span into new days!

@WrenKitchens has to have the worst customer service ever known to man! Been complaining for over 12 months now and just keep getting passed from pillar post with excuse after excuse. Does anyone have any tips for being taken seriously other than looking into legal advice? 🤦‍♀️
