None of this is directed at you. I enjoy following you. But I’ll share a story cuz I’m tired of seeing traders mocking people who lose money. It’s sad. So a different perspective. Only 5% of traders succeed, right? I blew up my trading account, but not my other accounts. I went all in on a business. Still have my finance degree. I have little to no results for my business and it’s still more enjoyable than when I was making money trading. I’ve never been more miserable making $1.5k-2k/week contributing nothing to society and living with the lack of morals that comes with trading. Blowing up my account was the best thing to ever happen to me. It was the only way I’d walk away and pursue my purpose. Even if he did blow up his account, I know exactly what he’s saying. You can make WAY more in business. You can help WAY more people. You get to work with better people. Every day is more uncertain and more challenging than trading. It’s 85% problems for the chance at 15% joy. This doesn’t mean everyone is terrible in the trading community. I still follow great people. I’m sharing this if people aren’t happy like I was. The beauty of entrepreneurship? The trading skill will always still be there without all the garbage from fintwit. When you make it. You can afford to lose far more in trading (and make more) by the end. Pop in and place a trade for fun 2-3x a month. Thank you for reading. Have a great night.
