Great day to be a bulldog!! Girls had their best race as a team all season finishing 5th with Galilea earning regional runner-up while the boys team tied for 3rd (4th after tie breaker) for the first boys team to qualify since 2015!!! #nodaysoff

This past week and a half has been very eventful as we had our team time trials for the 3200 and 1600. In the 3200 I ran a 10:22 and in the 1600 I ran a 4:47. 4 days later I competed in NXR South’s Rising Stars division in which we placed very well as a team. Future is bright.

Just wrapped up the regular season of my sophomore year. Although there were some bumps along the way, I am very proud of how far the team and I have came. I now have a current PR of 16:55 and I am beyond ready for championship szn! @jrichardsNORTH @MNHSxctrack

First official XC race of my sophomore season at the Rock Hill Twilight Invitational. The team placed 7th overall and as an Individual I placed 56th overall and ran a 10:40 for 2 miles in a competitive Elite Varsity field. Excited for more to come! @jrichardsNORTH @MNHSxctrack
