For every educator who never quite fit the mold, the ones told they were too much, too different, or “That’s not how we do it.” You’re not alone. That was me too. And I’ll be the voice that reminds you: Different isn’t a flaw. It’s the reason you're needed and why you make a difference.

I got to teach many precious kids last year, I’m still able to be many of those kiddos’ Hope Squad sponsor this year, and today my new 4th graders buddied up with those 5th graders to revise and edited their personal narratives. I love being a part of their journeys! 🫶🏼

But, do YOU get your hair done at recess?! Salon Stuber is slaying all day. 💁🏼‍♀️

Today we played a Jeopardy review in Social Studies, and these were the team names. They made me giggle. If you know anything about kids today, you’ll totally appreciate their creativity. 🤣
