@virginmedia It’s your WhatsApp “service”. Thankfully I have now spoken to a helpful person who is calling me back. This has taken up almost two hours of my day which is unacceptable.
@virginmedia Just all of it. The whole of the customer service experience I am currently enduring. The reason - intermittent broadband - is almost irrelevant now.

@msbriggsy@InstagramComms@instagram Yeah, the only way to resolve it is to ignore your own account for a couple of days. I also logged out and then in again, and that helped. Still a very annoying issue for those of us who often leave a lot of comments on different people's posts in a short amount of time.
