Best player in Alpena, he’s a hunting and fishing guide most of the year, doesn’t touch a club large portion of the year. He and his dad have a combined 21 city open’s. Smashes the ball.

@PistaSunny @acaseofthegolf1 You may be thinking of the AuSable River Golf Course near the back gate of WAFB. Ran along the river back there. Cool track but is no longer there.

@acaseofthegolf1 When I was stationed at The Pentagon in the early 90's I drove up to Wurtsmith AFB to visit my brother in law, who was also in the air force. He and I played a course just off base. I remember loving it. Is it still there? It was a nice course.

Oscoda is a small town about an hour outside of where we live. It used to have a huge Air Force Base but they closed it years ago and it really hurt the town. Their golf team needed some help so our foundation gave them some money to upgrade their bags, hats etc.

@acaseofthegolf1 Absolutely awesome that you are helping my Alma Mater. Some great golf teams back in the day for Oscoda. So great it has been rekindled and this kind of help is critical as you know. God bless you brother !

I’m not pretending for a second that the yips are cured. But yesterday I chipped better than I have in years (still not great but sooooo much better) And most importantly, for the first time in a long time, I enjoyed playing a round of golf, so thanks @PhilMickelson

When I I go on a trip my daughter always gives me one of her stuffed animals and I take pictures with him throughout my trip. This is Griz’s adventure this trip. He hung out w @hannahbggg , was outside, hit the new @CallawayGolf driver and hung at the hotel. Good 24 hours.
