@om244 @CSpire I work from home and your outage today means I couldn’t do my job. Basically out from 9:30 am and it’s now 5:37 and still out. I had to tell my boss I had no internet today.

@comcastcares - I have had service for about 3 months now. This month the internet goes down a couple of times almost everyday. I am working remotely and it is hard to work. I am also not getting my 100 mb speed. Y’all need to issue credits if your services is not as advertised.
