@JillPar30850423 @imgrund I don’t know if every board has the same protocols but in my school board education staff and students did not need to isolate if fully vaxxed. Protocols have now changed with Omicron. Everyone has to isolate regardless of vaccination status.

@imgrund I just had a close contact. I am fully vaccinated and am not required to isolate and can return to work. Why is it different for teachers? Not a critique. A genuine question.

What appears to be Ontario’s solution to the inevitable staffing issues its schools will see? 1. COVID positive people only stay home for 5 days. 2. Those who are unvaccinated and exposed are “recommended” to isolate for 5 days - but don’t have to if it’s “not feasible.”

@Momma_Savage2 @HCDSB @CdnChange That’s not what flying the Pride Flag would signal or show. No one is asking kids to put themselves. But showing that a Catholic school is a safe space for all sexualities is important. And that’s what flying the flag would show.
