MsgSafe is back online. We’ve released a fix and all impacted services are up and running once again. Users should no longer be experiencing issues logging into their accounts. We're sorry for the disruption caused, and thank you for your patience.

Update: we are experiencing connectivity issues at the moment that is preventing users from logging into their accounts. This is an unexpected issue and we are working to resolve this matter quickly.

MsgSafe services have been restored. Thank you for your pertinence these past few days, this was a much needed step to provide more reliable services.

During this time login and sending/receiving mail will be delayed. Any mail sent to a MsgSafe email address during this time will be queued and you will receive it once we are back online and services are restored. We sincerely apologize in advance for the inconvenience.

MsgSafe will begin the 2nd (and last) phase of the transition to our new and more reliable equipment today. You can expect a downtime lasting between 2-3 days. Again, this unfortunately is an unavoidable and necessary step in order to complete this transition.

We expect this outage could last up to a few days but it is a necessary step in order to complete a much-needed transition to new, more reliable hardware. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.

@secret_faggot For now, you can select the checkbox to the left of the message label in the center window pane, then click the 'Delete Selected Items' icon at the top. We're working on adding a new feature in the future to make this easier too.

@msgsafeio How can I select more than one message in my inbox for deletion? A whole bunch have accumulated and I want to mass-delete them.

@icestching Just go to settings -> Linked email addresses. Once you verify your email make sure to enable "Use this email address for system messages and notifications"

@premtonxh @pieksykox No, the OVH Cloud Fire has nothing to do with the interruption in msgsafe. We do not have any hardware located in France. We will be posting an official update soon, please stay tuned.

@msgsafeio @pieksykox Hello, I am writing you concerned about the maintenance of msgsafe.io. Is your website affected because of the OVH Cloud Fire? If Yes, SBG 2 building data is lost, do you have any backups will our e-mails be backed up or not?
