I had a nice little session with my Izzet Blink list and Sideboard Guide last night to test it out in a new TMNT world and it still slaps! I wish I was playing in Spotlight Richmond. 😅

asked the analytics team to look into the most basic version of this, which is "if only one team had 1+ chat transgressions in a game, which team won?"
for all ranked games in 2025, you had a 22% winrate if your team had a chat transgression and their team didn't.

A thought I had this morning: I encounter a decent amount of people trying to justify their negative chat behavior by saying that Riot doesn't sufficiently penalize soft inting, with the implication that their own use of chat is their only real recourse to getting inted.

@darkvulpine I do like the idea of RC + Spotlight AMPs.
For everyone who just falls short a few times.
Right now PT players don’t have a lot of reason to play random RCs or Spotlight series.
-This is bad-
-and the 10-5 forever player never makes it to the PT- also bad.

Speaking of points, this is a system I mentioned over dinner in Milwaukee with some teammates and it seemed to go over well.
Day 2 matches at majors should provide Pro Tour AMPs

While I’m grateful for what we have Every OP announcement that isn’t a points system or the reinstatement of some sort or governing system such as the DCI leaves me immensely disappointed. Mtg is a game of risk analysis, and right now the risk for cheating is unacceptably low.
