We are back in schools and colleges , Impacting and inspiring then next generation of career women. This week we have run career programmes in 4 schools impacting 60 young women this week alone.

Chloé Zhao (she’s working on the new marvel movie Eternals), WondaGurl (she has worked with Travis Scott, Jay-Z, Drake etc.)and Dana T. Cutler (she helps couple with her husband in couples court).

For the past 3 weeks we have touched on Careers in Music, Law and Film. We have introduced you to 3 wonderful women in these industries that has changed the game.

With that we have partnered up with multiple institutions in the past such as Secondary Schools, Colleges and Universities to lecture young women on why they should be apart of our community. For more information visit msindependent.co.uk

We’re taking it back to one of our Pitch your Project sessions, which is part of our Females and Business programme. In this programme we teach girls business skills for example how to create and pitch a business idea.

Dana T. Cutler was appointed to the Board of Curators in April 2006. She graduated cum laude with a B.A. degree from Spelman College, Atlanta, Georgia and earned the Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

But men are still twice as likely to start their own businesses, with women comprising just less than one-third of UK business founders.

WondaGurl is a Canadian record producer songwriter and record executive. WondaGurl has worked with several prominent artists in the music industry, including Mariah Carey, Travis Scott, Jay-Z, Drake and Kanye West, among others.

She started producing on her keyboard with drum pads at age 9. At age 15, she entered the 2011 and 2012 Battle of The Beat Makers competition in Toronto.
