Today, with the Mayoral Committee, representatives of the ZCC Church and city officials present, I am honoured to have delivered remarks at the official handover of municipal land to the Saint Engenas Zion Christian Church, a 4,960m² property fulfilling a Council resolution made in 2013. This is just the start; other churches remain firmly within our plans and we will be finalising their donations as well. A council resolution is not a suggestion.
