Veteran teachers are the backbone of education. They’ve endured all the reasons some teachers leave the field. They also survived the latest programs, initiatives, & testing. They have much wisdom, experience & expertise if leaders are willing to listen. Value & appreciate them!

The priority of a school leader should be to create a supportive environment for teachers, because a student's learning environment is only as good as the teacher's working environment.

High turnover in schools often isn’t just about pay. Teachers and staff rarely leave jobs where they feel valued, supported, and treated as professionals. A positive culture of respect and appreciation makes all the difference.

I got a lot of requests from my middle school students looking for romance books. It is hard to find appropriate books for this age group. This book definitely fits the bill, and I hope to add it to our library collection soon.
