I have a theory that TikTok increases depression and/or anxiety. Every time you open the app it’s just bad news, after bad news, after bad news. I just don’t see how it could be healthy consuming that type of content daily.

Behind the scenes, in 8 days I have done 160+ hours of forensic research, sending rebuttals, sending emails, finding resources, and crying out for help. Please don’t let my emotional posts fool you. I have been working tirelessly, quite literally fighting for my life to build a legal mountain of evidence. I have already generated dozens of emails between myself and Bryten Real Estate Partners’ corporate leadership, documenting every single failure. I have officially served them with Legal Preservation Notices to ensure they cannot destroy maintenance logs or communication records, and I have filed Formal Notices of Disabled Adult Abuse with the city. By CC’ing the San Antonio City Council, the Mayor’s office, and the City Manager on my correspondence, I am ensuring there is a permanent municipal record of this negligence that they cannot ignore. I have compiled well over 100 pages of documents, including precise timestamps, physical evidence, and clear federal violations. It is important to understand that this isn’t just a civil suit; this is a criminal offense and a matter of disabled adult abuse. I have even put together a "Historical Evidence of Pattern and Practice" packet: a 56-page file full of 1-star reviews from Bryten Real Estate Partners’ Google page which proves that this is a regular, calculated practice for them. Every tear you see comes from a place of exhaustion, but it hasn't stopped me from fighting. I am a fighter, and I am getting closer to justice every single day. I don't know what kind of legal team they have..........but they need to fire them. They've underestimated me, my intelligence, and my due diligence..... an unfathomable amount.

Texas Property Code § 92.052 says landlords have a duty to repair conditions that affect physical health and safety. Raw sewage in the tub qualifies! 😷 My complex is lying to insurance saying this is “habitable” so they don’t have to pay for a hotel or professional cleaning. They’re making my neighbors clean the poop themselves!!!!
