@socialstudiestx You guessed it! Just Virginia ham on a buttery biscuit. Works for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The ham is really salty, so I think it tastes better in a biscuit.

@msmellone_tech Wow, i knew about ham and peanuts but not about wine. Is a ham biscuit simply ham on/in a biscuit?

It has been one week since Vincent officially joined the family- one day short of Mother’s Day (talk about the best gift ever!!!) This little butterball has stolen our hearts already. We are adjusting to life as a family of 3 and enjoying every minute of it.

SO excited for my students to journey through Ellis Island using my digital simulation next week. I used to have them stop at different stations in my room, but...you know...social distancing. Thanks to @historysandoval for the inspiration. Fingers-crossed it goes well!
