Today we pause to remember Jail Master David Robinson who was shot and killed while attempting to prevent an escape at the Middlesex Jail in Cambridge on Mother's Day (May 14) 1961. We honor his sacrifice and continue to hold his family in our thoughts. #LODD #NeverForgetten

On Friday, we stood with the Kingsley family as the name of Correction Officer Joshua T. Kingsley was added to the state's law enforcement memorial in Boston. Officer Kingsley proudly served the MSO for six years. #NeverForgotten

Today we joined the family of Jail Master David Robinson for a solemn flag ceremony at his grave in Concord. 65 years ago this May, Jail Master Robinson was killed while trying to prevent an escape at the Middlesex Jail. We will never forget Jail Master Robinson & his service.
