A word of advice for anyone thinking about booking a room @hilton Heidleberg. Your status with @HiltonHotels doesn’t matter, staff are dismissive and nonhelpful, no flexibility to help weary travelers- consider other alternatives as it may not be worth it to stay at this hotel.

Another @delta flight to @FlyTPA and stuck on the plane as we can’t get to the gate!

@Delta @USDOT @POTUS Now 50 minutes @delta @USDOT and still trapped on flight 2354 and @Delta doesn’t care. we need passengers rights - airlines should have to recompense passengers monetarily for this. @potus @VP
