During my planning time I had @misswatts3rd @Ms_Giauque_MES classes come to the lab to join in the culinary fun. Our wellness team teachers are learning how to incorporate culinary arts into standards @MabletonES let's learn how to eat healthy @CobbSchools @STEMcobb

It's funny to see how much you can have happening in one short moment. The students are learning so much and their ability to work together soars @MabletonES @Ms_Giauque_MES @misswatts3rd I wasn't sure we could pull off 2 classes cooking but we had 9 different stations at 1 time

Nothing like solving 6 x 8 then #movetolearm @MabletonES @misswatts3rd @Ms_Giauque_MES students collaborate, learn, and decide how they move @STEMcobb @CobbSchools this is a #solution needed in so many schools now! One group didn't get it correct but they taught each other

Co-taught with @misswatts3rd class we lrnd #Eduscize games on ❌ today. We used Factgility to lrn nmbr patterns and repeated addition. Then we hopped, jumped and more. Dart Moves got them doing situps, jump shots, all while mtng rigorous stds @MabletonES @CobbSchools @STEMcobb

We played a new game this morning that I call the friendship pyramid. @misswatts3rd @Ms_Giauque_MES are my test classes for new games. Their students are so engaged but most importantly they are learning how to give meaningful compliments @MabletonES

While I do the dishes as food finished in the ovens, the students journal and do an amazing job @MabletonES @STEMcobb @CobbSchools proud of how focused @misswatts3rd students were. You couldn't hear a pin drop. That's how you know it's already their routine. Way to go!

Seriously that is some phenomenal #movetolearn @IHTSpirit our lesson was on classifying plants, insects, learning about soil, and rocks and minerals @MabletonES @misswatts3rd when you take students outside they move @STEMcobb @CobbSchools

Had a great time modeling visual thinking strategies (VTS) with a phenomenon in @misswatts3rd Kinders learned about VTS, phenomenon and STEAM journals! And @MsManqueros class wrote the VTS in Spanish in her DLI class! What a day🙌🏾!!! @MabletonES #UltimateLearningExperience

Also got to drop in @misswatts3rd to join in the Name dance game @MabletonES such a fun way to start the morning and get students excited for #learning @CobbSchools

Today @Ms_Giauque_MES @misswatts3rd said they were combining classes for the #ultimatemorningmeeting @MabletonES the community of both their classes is always awesome. All their students are always so positive because of all the time they take to know their students @CobbSchools

Technology provides students tools to explore the world. Through PBL, we can engage students by allowing them to explore topics of their interest and share knowledge with their peers in creative ways. Technology allows our students to take charge of their education. #KSUITEC7410
