The day I arrived here in rehab I looked at this Alter G and wanted to try it! I saw someone on it and was jealous of what they were achieving but motivated to get there myself. Today’s the day I got to do that! 0.3kph never felt so fast! What a great way to start the week off!

Tonight I used a hydrating peel off mask, and accidentally applied some to my eyebrows. Well I ripped half my eyebrow off because I’m an idiot and now my face is breaking out so if you see me, I will have a plastic bag over my head and it might be tied.
