@Walmart If you’re going to treat every customer that comes through the door like criminals, hire more loss prevention staff. You’re a $640 BILLION dollar corporation. Figure your shit out and DO BETTER!

9) I have an idea for @Walmart, if you’re so concerned about theft, perhaps have more cashiers at the checkout lanes to assist people instead of having two lanes open and forcing customers through self checkout where they pay employees to stand over your shoulder.

1) I’ve never been more disgusted in a customer service experience than the one I had today at @Walmart in Albany, NY. I went in on my lunch break to grab a hair dryer, only to find them locked up. OK, fine, it’s the way of the world now. I get it. I push the button and wait.

Hey @nationalgrid! Since when do we threaten customers with late fees when the payment is due TODAY? This payment wasn’t late, and scaring your customers into thinking they messed their account up and will be hit with fees is atrocious. Do better!
