We had a nice day in Delaware yesterday starting @MtCubaCenter. This is a great place to get away from it all and a great time to go because of the fall colors. I really liked the whirlybird sculpture and the federal style home is reminiscent of Homewood Museum. #VisitWilm

@seanjamesdesign It's a fantastic plant with a long bloom time and always covered with pollinators! 🦋

The @MtCubaCenter says that Phlox paniculata ‘Jeanna’ has 80% more pollinator activity, in spite of smaller flowers!  Where I live (Ontario) that makes it a #NearNative and of a #Nativar! (Hopefully I got that statistic right, what with tagging them and all 😂)

We're celebrating International Women's Day by remembering Mt. Cuba Center's co-founder, Mrs. Pamela Cunningham Copeland. From the trickle of a stream, to the breathtaking vistas, to the textures all around, the legacy of Mrs. Copeland lives on in Mt. Cuba's gardens.
