🚨This is one of the most disturbing ICE brutality videos I’ve seen in a long time… Another angle of this incident shows ICE agents suddenly rushing protesters outside the Newark ICE Facility, then continuously shoving U.S. citizens toward the wheels of a MOVING TRUCK… until an activist’s LEG is run over. And the most disturbing part? The protesters are not charging the agents… The agents are the ones creating the escalation. And not only that, they are forcing civilians backward toward a MOVING VEHICLE, escalating a situation that was not violent until THEY made it violent. That is reckless, dangerous force. So, let’s go over the obvious constitutional violations happening in this video… 1. First Amendment violations, because Americans have the constitutional right to peacefully protest the government. 2. Fourth Amendment violations, because federal agents cannot use excessive or objectively unreasonable force against nonviolent civilians. 3. Fifth Amendment due process concerns, because the government cannot arbitrarily target, intimidate, or assault citizens exercising protected rights. 4. Federal officers can also face liability under 18 U.S. Code § 242 for depriving people of constitutional rights “under color of law.” When armed federal agents create chaos themselves, then use that chaos to justify violence against civilians, that is an abuse of power. Call your representatives. Demand accountability.

There’s no doubt that Israel’s war in Gaza was not genocide. It is the least likely urban conflict in modern history to meet the standard legal definition of genocide. And you don't have to take my word for it. Take the word of the High Level Military Group, the HLMG, which is a collection of all the of high level officers and generals from almost all the Western democracies in the world, not just the United States. These people aren't Jews. They have no connection with Israel. They're just generals in militaries around the world. They wrote a report and a brief to the International Criminal Court, the ICC, saying that Israel’s civilian warning system is completely unlike anything any other country has ever been willing to do for the civilian population of an enemy in wartime. Under this system, Israel tells the civilian population of Gaza exactly where it will be striking the next day and then provides humanitarian corridors for them to leave those zones. They also say it is something our own democracies would never be able to do, because our civilian populations would never stomach endangering the lives of our own soldiers by warning the enemy where our sons and daughters will be. Israel's unprecedented efforts to protect the lives of civilians in Gaza has taken a very heavy toll on the IDF. Over 800 Israelis have been killed in Gaza precisely because they warned the civilian population to get out of harm's way.

The Gazan Health Ministry doesn’t differentiate between civilians deaths and combatant deaths… makes the numbers much larger… those poor Gazan’s. Your eyes can be fooled. There are a massive amount of videos and pictures coming out of Gaza that have been proven false. It doesn’t take a genius to see the propaganda deaths when a so called father “mourns” over a “dead” child in his lap, and has to do two more retakes because his child had to itch or adjust himself from the uncomfortable position he is laying in across his fathers lap. Yes, people have eyes… they are not stupid, but many will close their eyes to the truth, K. Sennholtz… the rest of us will do our due diligence to get to the truth because it matters more than what’s popular. If you haven’t watched the videos Hamas, themselves, took of what they did to the Israelis on October 7th, I dare you to go watch them… I’m not talking about the softened down videos the Israelis put out describing the scenes, but the actual graphic footage of Hamas hacking and shooting and burning people. If you come away from that still standing with Hamas and the Gazans and without any compassion for the Israelis, you’ll deserve whatever comes your way if they someday do that to you and your family.

I’ve watched Jewish friends ask “is it safe to check in here as a Jew” before booking hotels this year. Some called them paranoid. Then you see this. A Jewish couple greeted with “baby killer” by an employee at a hotel reception in California. Turns out it wasn’t paranoia.
