This feels very hard to write, but earlier I tried to end my life. I’m currently in hospital, awaiting assessment, not sure what the future holds. If anyone has any pet pics (or other cute pics), I’d really appreciate the distraction ❤️

Here’s a question, what aspect of your younger life do you think would appear strangest to the young of today? When I talk about power cuts, ice on the inside of windows, strealing cow manure, and working on a farm while I was still at school, it all seems a bit ancient now..

In 2021, I got sectioned. In 2022 and 2023, I had involuntary stays in hospital. I genuinely thought I’d never get better… Turns out, I was wrong, and today I’m celebrating spending the whole of 2024 hospital-free! 🎉
