Unreal Fest felt almost like a send off 🙌 My favorite part is always reconnecting with my fellow devs, and after our recent team announcement, all the conversations shared a common theme- “What are you doing next?” All I know is that I’m starting a new full time job in just over a week- going back to a safe career in accounting. As for UEFN and 404- I’m not sure yet. After a productive week of honest conversations I have a few ideas, but mostly what I have is a new perspective on what I want… • I want sustainability for my team • I want to spend more time doing the work I enjoy • I want to not worry about making ends meet • I want to stop comparing myself to others • I want to be carefree and learn more I’m not sure what will happen to get me from here to there but I know that God has a plan ☝️

Thank you to all of Epic for this fest. It was my first and it was incredible! Had some incredible chats with various creators and Epic staff throughout the week. Sad to see the fest end but time to check out all the fun new toys (tools) yall provided us!! Safe flights everyone!
