I have passed the last exam I am ever going to sit - Hand Surgery Diploma yay!! Amongst the relaxing I am slightly lost. For the first time in my adult life I am without the crushing weight of an impending nightmare at the back of my mind 🤯!

@mumma_pod 2 eggs, lightly beaten 300ml whole milk vanilla pod, scraped +/- other flavours like cinnamon 50g sugar, plus extra for garnish +/- brûlée if you fancy 4 slices of white/brioche bread Mix. Soak bread for 60-90 secs per side. Cook in pan. Sprinkle more sugar #food #foodie

@teddyhinde @MarkLong06 I’m genuinely trying to learn here. My view point had been that ideally we would move to a time where we got rid of pronouns and everyone was addressed as they/ them (or another gender neutral term). Does the problem lie because it is not universally applied?

@DipeshGopal @OrthopodReg @bota_uk @OrthoSingh He should absolutely go for it! I loved training part time. We absolutely need for this to become the norm for both men and women! We also need to recognise LTFT for a medic can still constitute a ‘normal working week’ I.e I did 38hrs a week - not part time in most jobs!

Pediatric Anesthesia Pro Tip #19: Never ask a toddler a yes/no question if you won't accept "no" as an answer. E.g.: "Can I put this mask on your face?". It sets off the wrong dynamic with the patient and makes you look like a dumbass. (Also applicable to parenting).
