Hello @ThreeUK I've tried to return phone 4 times...2 failed DPD label emails, 2 failed royal mail bags...nothing received so I can't return it and it's been over a month. How can I return to you? Now when I call nobody knows who I am. Do you want the phone back?! Awful service.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, on the phone that seems to get me somewhere but not on chat. But the somewhere is a promise that 'this time it will work' and now on the 4th failed attempt I'm not sure what more to do. I can't keep sitting on hold time to sort to be told it will work but doesn't AGAIN!

@MummyLinksApp That shouldn't be the case, even if your account is closed, they can still load up a closed account. Have you explained to them that this is a closed account so they can make sure they change the search to closed? -Danni

@ThreeUKSupport I tried that. They don't know who I am anymore as been too long (three's fault not mine! I've contacted 5+ times!) I've already had bag resent & still nothing. It's just wasting time I don't have over and over. I'm stuck in a loop and it's taking my time to return what you want.

3rd time lucky? @manypets_uk I want to make a formal complaint and will be contacting financial ombudsman if not resolved I'm 7 days. I've been waiting over 2 months and still no contact

Hello @manypets_uk. I'm seripusly unimpressed and at a loss what to do - almost 2 months waiting on a claim and no comms from you. Vet has sent what you need but my emails are being ignored and when I call just get told to wait. We need our money back!!
