@ChaosPixieMagic I can relate, I cringe a little sometimes when I have to refer to a partner as a "friend." Even when it is the best course to avoid other difficulties.

Something people don’t talk about when you are in “quiet” polyamory relationships (aka where you have to keep the dynamics to yourselves for one reason or another) is the pain the comes with being out with your person in public and not being able to be a COUPLE with them.

The #sleeptoken show was absolutely amazing. Red Rocks is by far my favorite live music venue and I loved seeing one of my favorite bands there.

@ChaosPixieMagic I feel this too. It is so hard to watch a partner deal with that emotional turmoil and feel so helpless to do much.

Some nights, Polyamory means watching your husband be made to feel worthless by people he cares deeply about, and not being able to do a goddamn thing about it … except quietly add their names to a list for when I finally snap and go all Vigilante on every one of them.
