From what I’ve seen, it covers everything... height drops, underwater escapes, fire runs, animal encounters, electric shock setups. Along with endurance holds, vehicle stunts, pure athletic tasks, confined spaces, n puzzle tasks under pressure. If the rumors are true, I wish her the best for her preparation. The mental toughness... she has that. And physically, the show pushes even the best contestants to their limits. Excited to see her on the show n hoping she does well. 🤍

There are three kinds of behavior I see around Farrhana’s support. One, the toxic Rebellions... More focused on engagement than on Hana. Abuse n vile attacks are routine for them. Some lead it openly. Others enable it quietly. They’ll put Hana under the bus to satisfy their ego. Two, the sane Rebellions... Respectful, well-intentioned… but still part of the same loop. They don’t seek conflict… but end up reacting to it. And in that process, they get pulled into the same pattern... knowingly or not. Then, a third kind... People who don’t attach themselves to the Rebellions, but still show up for Hana. No involvement in the noise... fd wars, arguments, or abuse. They just express what they genuinely feel… n leave it there. I always thought there were only a few of this third kind… but lately, it feels like there are more. Maybe this isn’t limited to Farrhana… it might just be how support works around any artist.
