@I_am_Liandra Lol, my experience wasn’t that traumatising, but I had to play Joseph, and I was the only black kid. To this day, I still don’t know how I managed, because I don’t even remember being able to speak English at that age. 🤦♀️

This was my plight growing up coz my mom was my Sunday school teacher. She always gave the best roles to the other kids🥹
One time she made me play the snake in the story of Adam & Eve. All I wanted was the chance to eat that guava😭😭😭

This weekend , in Sunday School , kids from poor families be playing Judas and doubting Thomas roles , whilst other be given Jesus and angels roles 😭.

Jokes aside, native engineers are brilliant problem solvers. I've tweeted this for years. My colleague, who is a Mechanical Engineer switched to Software Engineering without any training in Computer Science and his competence in our team is mind blowing. Engineers are great problem solvers hence they can work anywhere.
